“Those corporate money hungry jerks are racist and sexist!” In one way or another, you’ve heard leftist say how capitalist and republicans are greedy, racist, and hateful towards everyone who is not a white male. But can greedy capitalist be racist and sexist? Yes! But if you cannot simultaneously be good at both.

If you are a person that hates other races and woman, it is hard to be successful here in the United States. No it isn’t the government that protects you from these jerks. It is the pure fact that if you are greedy, you are going to have to employ the best workers, regardless or race or sex, and serve all your customers to make the most money.

If the pool for hiring is only for white males than employers are going to miss out on a lot of talent that come from different races and sexes. If someone is in competition with you and wants to make more money, they will instantly open up their pool for hiring more employees. This will increase the competition amongst their prospective giving them a much greater chance of hiring the best employee possible.

This is why the fallacy of woman only making 70 cents on the dollar in comparison to men for the same job doesn’t make any sense. If someone could hire a woman for the same job that a man does and only have to pay them 70% of what a man would make, most employers would hire the cheaper woman workers. This will open up a lot of money to put towards other parts of the company or to keep for their greedy selves.

If you will only sell to customers of a certain race or sex, then you will miss out on all the prospective customers that will not buy your product. If you chose to only sell to white males, you will lose all other customers that don’t fit that mold. You will also lose some people who do fit that mold because they don’t agree with your principles. This forces companies to adjust or lose out on huge profits.

My point is that it’s capitalism, not government, that demands harmony from people. It is free market transactions that control how companies hire and who they sell to. With capitalism, you don’t have to like anyone but you have to interact with everyone in order to achieve the most success.

A corporation can never make you do anything without your consent. You don’t have to work for low pay, you don’t have to buy their product, and you don’t have to do anything they say. In contrast, Government’s only way of getting you to do anything they want is through force.

Ben Shapiro said that anything that government does has to be enforced by the use of force. Whether it’s not paying your taxes, or paying parking fees, or refusing to cater to a gay wedding, the government always will send people with guns to make you do what they want. Capitalism does not do that and can only adhere to the will of the people’s rules. They cannot be racist because people will not buy their product from a racist company. However, government can be racist as it was from the time of slavery all the way up until the end of the Jim Crowe laws.

Capitalism is forced altruism because you have to provide a service for others in order to eat or to get what you want. It forces companies to make medicines and cures for cancers, or inventions like electricity, the automobile, your cell phone and many other products. It allows people to come out of poverty through innovation and hard work.

Socialism and communism are whatever the government dictates while capitalism is whatever their consumers dictate. So how could something that we control be a racist, sexist, homophobe?
